Private Suite ROOMwith 21 m2 (16 + 5 m2) and terrace (6,21 m2) to rent for days and weeks in Mindelo region, North of Portugal. The others areas are to share with others guests or the owner.
The suite is fully furnished. In the first line of the Atlantic Ocean. Only 30 metres from the beaches.
From first days of June to end of September you can enjoy the swimming pool and tennis courts (part of the building).
High speed internet around the apartment. The suite room have is own access point.

The suite have TV, more than 100 channels around the world, music (CD-Player), mp3 speakers and radio.
The suite have a permanent dehumidifier and electric heater (heating system) in the bathroom and in the bedroom and if necessary you can use when you want.
The suite room have is own terrace. So you can be out but at same time inside your space.
You will have new towers, new bed sheets, a bedroom and bathroom clean one time per week (normal fridays). Toilet paper and soapstone are included.
The suite have is own door and key to access. You can lock the room when you go out.
If you come by car or bicycle you have garage.
The suite have fire protection and first aid kit.
The suite is for 1 or 2 persons and if you come with another one (3 persons) please contact me before you do the reserve.
The apartment have a big living room and kitchen. This areas are to share.
The kitchen have TV more than 100 channels and is fully equipped with stove, toaster, water boiler, microwave, fridge, table and chairs, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, cloth racks to dry etc...
You have at your disposal the complaints, visitors book.
You have a lot of information about roads to Santiago Compostela and trail details and types, the portuguese road coast to Santiago Compostela versus the old (medieval) portuguese road to Santiago´s.

When you come for first time i am waiting for you between 12:00h. up to 24:00h. Sometimes i can pick up you from Mindelo metro station. Usually i am in home to open the door. Inside apartment you have high speed internet. The room have heating TV desk beds bureau etc... I accept 1 or 2 guests. Smoking inside is not allowed only out or in the terrace. No drugs and no parties. Day time reasonable noise is fine, this is an apartment building with adjacent neighbours and reasonable sound insulation, so be considerate. Thank you for understand.
