The backyard is home to an amazing monkey pod tree and three different species of bamboo. Both Mauna Kea and the Pacific Ocean can be seen from the top of the hill in the front yard.
There is a carport and parking area large enough for three vehicles.
There is no central heat/air, however the home is designed accordingly with great ventilation.
