とても快適に過ごすことができました。ホストのDonnaさんはいつでもゲストが気持ちよく過ごすことができるように気をつかってくださっていました。 お家はインテリア雑誌にあるようなモダンな建築にプールもあり、いつかは住んでみたいと思うような素敵なデザインのお家でした。アメニティも困ることがないくらい揃っていて、とても便利に過ごせました。 場所がちょっとわかりにくく、古いカーナビだったのか違うところに行ってしまいました。「アロハゴルフセンター」が現地から1~2kmのところですからナビに入れて向かうとわかりやすかったです。 また沖縄に行くことがありましたら…

Tanica, I need to reply to this based on the time stamped time line of events as your story does not relate to what actually happened. Thankfully I have never had to write this type of reply before as we have never had this type of issue. When you messaged me to ask for the Sat Nav codes, my response to you was 'Do you have the emails' that question was asked so I could point them out on the emails. I was no way rude to you as you say and hundreds of our guests can vouch for this. At the very top of the information I write PLEASE PRINT AND TAKE WITH YOU, this is so if you have issues like no internet, GPS not working then you can refer to the instructions to get you to the villa. Your message to me stated: Well you should have told us that not all GPS systems are up to date", I am sorry but I cannot responsible for all the GPS systems in the world. I can only give you the information after that its up to you if you print, read or ignore... I give the information to ensure a easy experience for our guests.. Trust me I have stayed in AIrbnb's around the world and I give way more information than anything I have ever seen to try to cover any event in case something goes wrong. In regards to your checkout I informed you on 5 different occasions that checkout was 11am, which included a message the night prior. I was concerned as I was not getting any replies so I asked the property manager to type up a letter and put under the door and to go and check in the morning close to 11 to check for some movement within the villa. She went to the villa at 10.50 and all blinds were down and no lights on. She called me and advised me of this of which I asked her to go back at 11.30 to check. At 11.12 I received a message from the cleaner to say she had arrived and knocked but no answer and that she would return in half a hour. At 11.20 you messaged me saying asking for the cleaner to come in 30 more minutes At 11.43 my property manager returned to the property to see what was happening and saw you out the front yelling at your son and putting things in the car, so decided not to approach you as it was clear that you would be leaving soon and stressed. At 11.51 you messaged me asking if you had to wait for the cleaner, I had already advised you to return the key and leave, so I tell you again. The cleaner did not make any attempts to approach you as she waited across the road as what is the point as you were clearly stressed and would be leaving soon and its not her job. All this could have been avoided had you taken the necessary steps by having the information at hand when travelling and having read the information and communicated on a better level and then accepting responsibility. Maybe Airbnb is not something suited to you going forward, maybe a hotel is more suited to your type of travel and needs.
