A great place to rest, work, or tour the Grand Canyon. Large outdoor space. There is a full kitchen: refrigerator, stove, and storage. Lots of parking with self check in. At this time we are serving breakfast burritos ..We put them in your refrigerator on arrival day. Coffee pot is available with all the coffee, creamers and sugar. This is attached to front apartment with no connection.

This building is a duplex type building with privateentrance and private patio area. There is a common betweenthe two rentals. There is a kitchen available for your use. The room has one private bedroom and the other bed is in the common area.

This space is heated with space heaters, not central heat. At times, we have had breakers pop and need resetting due to space heaters and appliances pulling to much electricity. Simply switching a breaker restores the power should this occur during your stay.
