WIFI is available but only on the porch due to the building being made of steel.
DO NOT USE NAVIGATION!!! FOLLIW OUR DIRECTIONS BY MILES ON ODOMETER ONCE THEY ARE SENT.

We do not have wells here ,,, we are on water collection ... our water is tested and filtered and suitable for washing etc . We encourage conservative water use and bring your own drinking water ..this is the desert ..rain is seldom ...

No fuel. 55 mile north or 25 mile south only fuel access. Quiet ,,, even though on the highway........
