Named after the historic Old West Michigan Pike Trail, OPC shares a piece of Saugatuck's history while providing modern amenities. Location, renovation, and waterfront views make us one of the most highly anticipated new places to stay in the area. We have (6) 2-Bedroom Cottages and (1) 1-Bedroom Cottage. Our unique property is located on Lake Kalamazoo & is walking distance to Downtown Saugatuck. While staying with us we hope you can relax, renew and enjoy the view!

Each cottage is set up a bit differently. Offering King/Queen 2-bedrooms, King/King 2-bedrooms, King/Bunk 2-bedroom and King 1-bedroom. Our Gathering Area is a common area where guests can use the full kitchen with bar & family table seating; our chill space with comfy furniture, a TV, and fireplace or sit on the deck that overlooks the pool and Lake Kalamazoo. We also have a grilling area for guests with outdoor seating as well as fire pits and a dock to fish off of.

Saugatuck is known as a hot spot for vacationers. Here are the cottages, enjoy the 4th of July & Venetian Fireworks right from our property! You can walk to town for shopping, restaurants and nightlife fun. The beach is just a short trip across the river via boat, bike, or car. Head down to the historic Chain Ferry for a hike to the beach or enjoy a boat ride on the Star of Saugatuck for a paddleboat ride onto the Big Lake!
