I live alone and am the only person living here. I don’t have guests from Air BnB too often, maybe two different stays per month so everything stays pretty clean relatively undisturbed.
The master suite, attached full double sink bathroom, dining room and living room would all be private to only you.

The private master suite has an attached full bathroom with 2 sinks and would be exclusively yours. You will also have access to a walk in closet attached to the master bedroom to hang your clothes. There will be a single and queen air mattress in the closet that you are welcome to blow up and lay on the floor if you have children with you. The downstairs couches are also an option of which the downstairs living room will be exclusively private to you as well. You are also welcome to use the kitchen periodically shared with me but the attached dining area would only be used by you while you are here.
You’ll be given a free parking space right outside the front door. There’s also free parking available along old centreville road.

This location is 7 minutes from old town manassas and about 10 minutes from 66. Its close enough to the VRE in old town to be convenient but far enough away that you’re not having to hear the train blaring it’s horn all the time. The townhouse is pretty much right smack in the heart of Manassas.

My bedroom and office are in the condo as well but I would not be using any of your spaces during your stay and you would not be using any of mine. Both quarters will remain private.
