Villa delle Rose is located in a strategic position that allows you to enjoy the nature and relax by the pool, while remaining a stone's throw from the sea and the city centre. The property is infact located in a residential area at an elevated point of Civitanova Marche, surrounded by a park that keeps it away from the noise and heat of the city but from which you can easily reach the beach, which is only 5 minutes away on foot.

The villa is ideal for holidays of family groups and friends up to 8 people. The interiors of the house are developed on a single floor, with living room, 2 bathrooms with shower and 3 bedrooms, plus 2 extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room.
The house is surrounded by a large porch equipped with a table and benches for dining outside in the cool of the sea breeze.
The villa is rented to a single group, who can also benefit from the exclusive use of the swimming pool and solarium that surrounds it, equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers.
On the property there is a separate outbuilding inhabited by the caretaker, who takes care of the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool, sharing only the external entrance of the villa with the guests.
