A charming weatherboard cottage in Wentworth Falls on a very quiet and picturesque street, on top of a hill, 5 minutes drive from the Wentworth Street station and village
Enjoy breakfast or morning tea on the front or back verandah overlooking the garden, and listening to the bird life around.
Perfect for a romantic getaway, a few friends having a quiet holiday, as well as longer stays, be it for work or leisure.

After a day out bush walking, come home and snuggle up in front of the slow combustion fire. The cottage is in a quiet, private setting with tree views from the balcony.
There is a fully equipped home office in the second bedroom, so you can comfortably work from home.
The house contains two bedrooms, modern kitchen/dining with all kitchen essentials, bathroom with continuous hot water, lounge room.
If you do not have a car you can still access our place and the bushwalks by local bus.
House rules: We do not allow pets or small children under 9 y.o. To minimise noise and inconvenience for our neighbours, the maximum number of adults allowed per stay is 3. The cottage is not available for weddings, parties, film sets, or other similar types of events. The noise carries in the area, so please be quiet and considerate.
We offer a later check-out of 12 midday.
Please note that we live in this house for part of the year, so you may expect some personal items in the space.
Other things to note
I would appreciate if you were able to remove your shoes when being inside and leave the place as you found it when departing.
If staying for longer than a week: we do not seek commercial gain & are happy to keep the rental price low. In return we ask our guests to perform some simple care taking of our place.
I would appreciate your help taking the bins out for weekly waste disposal (bin day is Tuesday; the red bin goes out each week, the yellow and green alternate. Look at the fridge for more details).
My garden would also deeply appreciate 1-2 x a day watering. You will find the garden hose near the clothes line.
You are welcome to help yourself to tea, coffee and any other foods in the pantry.
