Newly renovated guest suite in quiet Denver suburb. The guest suite has a private entrance through the garage and is walled off from the separate half of the house that my wife and i live in. One bedroom and 3/4 bath are on the garage level; stairs lead down to a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath on the basement level. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles. Each bedroom has smart Roku TV (Netflix included), fan, closet.

The guest suite is newly finished with bright modern lighting throughout. The guest suite is entered through a keypad locking door on the side of the garage that you can drive right up to. Through the garage you enter into the ground level floor that has one nice bedroom with a queen and a twin bed. across the hallway from that bedroom is a bathroom with a shower. Further down the hallway takes you to the half stair case into the basement with a brand new kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Each bedroom in the basement has a ceiling fan that is controlled by its own multi speed switch on the wall. The basement also has a full size washer and dryer for guests to use. The fridge in the kitchen has a filtered water and ice dispenser
