Open plan coastal living, in a recently renovated boho luxe beach house.
Large flowing living/dining area with high vaulted ceilings and a new designer kitchen. Enjoy the gas strut window opening out to bar and pool area, with a large alfresco dining area and built in barbecue with outdoor industrial bar fridge.
Relax in the leafy landscaped back yard with a custom designed swimming pool complete with day lounge and large retractable shade umbrella.
Or take in the ocean breezes on the front oversized undercover balcony. Slide open the bifold doors and allow the sea breezes to pour through the living area.
Or escape for some personal quiet time, or to read that book you never have time for, on the front verandah also with coastal breezes.
If it's raining, we've got you covered with our cinema/media room with 82 inch TV and Dolby Atmos surround sound system.
The beach house consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a 2 car garage. 3 bedrooms are upstairs, there is a separate self contained studio with luxe fourth bedroom, ensuite, separate lounge, kitchen and outdoor deck. The house boasts:
All four bedrooms with air conditioning.
Master has King Bed with en suite.
Second bedroom has double bed.
Third bedroom has a children's bunk bed for 3.
PLUS Forth bedroom/ fully self contained studio area downstairs has a Queen bed, bathroom with seperate toilet, lounge and kitchen and private deck.
Internal washing machine and dryer.

Dishwashers in main kitchen and also kitchenette of studio.
Wifi plus 2 TVs hooked up with Netflix.
Castle and Cubby childrens tree house.
