Casa Calma just finished a complete renovation in November 2020.

Casa Calma is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with 3500 sq ft located right on the edge of the Manuel Antonio Natl Park! Casa Calma features a private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and a small beautiful ocean view! The home sleeps up to 10 people and comes complete with maid service and free concierge!

Casa Calma is a three bedroom three and half bath 3500 sq ft home right on the edge of the Manuel Antonio National Park! Casa Calma features a private swimming pool, beautiful gardens and a small beautiful ocean view! The home sleeps up to 10 people and comes complete with maid service and free concierge! Air conditioning is provided in all bedrooms while the rest of the house features open air in social areas.
Almost everything in the home is new! New furniture, kitchen island, bathrooms, windows and glass doors, pool, paint, AC, granite, BBQ, ten seat custom made dining room table, roof, landscaping and more. Extensive renovation completed November 2020!
Because of its proximity to the National Park, expect to see lots of wild life!
Just over about a mile walk to the main road where you can catch the bus to the beach in only 5 minutes, grab a bite to eat at one of many restaurants and even shop for groceries or souvenirs. If a 10-15 minute walk is not an option, then a rental car is a great idea.
We just purchased this home in September 2020 so dont be alarmed by the limited number of reviews and bookings, its newly listed! Many upgrades completed: new tile floors, new custom kitchen cabinets, new paint inside and outside, new private swimming pool, electrical upgrades, new bedding, new furniture and much more!
