Close to the marina and restaurants Enjoy ampel outdoor living on the porch, upstairs deck and in the massive 28X14 salt water pool with an additional 8x8 play pool attached. An awning protecting the deck and partial pool from the summer heat. Enjoy the large deck for all your family gatherings. Shower off in the adorable outdoor shower.

Down stairs (it's separate detached living space no stairs inside to each other only outside) It you access you will find a the 3rd guest bedroom with 2 queen size beds, and large bathroom with walk in shower and a great game room that completes the bottom floor. Up the stairs you will find the layout is comprised of the living room, open living/dining kitchen with breakfast bar. Master bedroom has a private bathroom with the guest room sharing the hall bathroom next to the laundry room. Golf cart accessible
