Enjoy all the amenities of this fully furnished, lower level 1-bedroom apartment, all to yourself. Centrally located and walking distance to favorite downtown spots. 4 blocks from St Marys Hospital, 6 blocks or so to desirable Eastown stores and restaurants. Less than a mile to the Downtown Market. Also enjoy easy access to the highway for coming in from out of town or making a quick jaunt to the nearby Lake Michigan lakeshore (approx 30 minute drive).

This unit is located in the back half of the lower level of a two-story triplex. The upper unit is also listed on AirBNB. The second half of the lower level is my unit.
The apartment is located in the Madison neighborhood, which is an up an coming area blocks from downtown, Heritage Hill, and Eastown, and the Medical Mile. Don’t be alarmed by panhandlers or some low income homes in the area. This is normal for some areas in and around downtown - some ppl do not feel comfortable walking alone at night but I’ve lived here myself and the neighborhood is safe.
The property is also very well lit and is an amazing value for its proximity to downtown, top restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and event venues.
