Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages 80 privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tube while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. Come and enjoy all year round.

This second-floor Studio condominium in the main Lodge building offers convenient access to the ski slope, hiking, and biking trails. A private balcony offers views to the east, bringing in morning sunshine and views across Fanny Hill to aspen forests. Interior living space of 365sf (34 sqm) has a table with two chairs, Queen bed plus a pull-out sofa. Bathroom has a shower. Prepare meals in the efficiency kitchen -- two-burner stove, mini-refrigerator, and microwave oven -- or walk down the hall to the on-site restaurant, The Edge, for a special night out.
Timberline has no Elevators; A/C and no pets allowed.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
