We invite you to stay in our beautifully restored 1913 Presbyterian Church in small town Iowa. Our lower level suite is a 3000+ sq foot private unit that has three bedrooms, full bath with three sinks, laundry room and full original church kitchen. Two of the Sunday School rooms now feature queen beds with smart TVs. The third Sunday School room has a full bed with twin bunk above. The living room features two couches, a full size shuffle board, treadmill, stage and a smart TV.

The church was built in 1913 and was sold by the Dallas Center Presbyterian in 1997. Three families came before us who did the initial restoration. We purchased the home in spring 2020 and are excited to share it. The church has three levels. The Sunday School rooms on the lower and third level are now all bedrooms. Our family lives on the top two levels.

Our guests will have the entire lower level which was the fellowship hall and three Sunday School rooms. The suite is over 3000 square ft and has it's own private entrance.

Our church sits just blocks away from the Raccoon River Valley Trail, a 89 mile loop across central Iowa. We also are walking distance from a coffee shop, ice cream shop, bar and restaurants. Located just 20 minutes from metro Des Moines and hundreds of eating establishments, activities and parks.

We are Jeff and Karmen. We are both from Iowa and recently purchased this 1913 Presbyterian church in our sweet town.
