This is a beautifully restored southern style mansion that resides on the wonderous Red River. It is centrally located to the Red River Gorge and Natural Bridge (15 min drive), just off the Mountain Parkway. Lexington, KY is a short 40 min drive away. This is a great space for hosting large groups and functions, as well as family getaways. The interior of the home has been completely renovated, featuring beautiful custom tile work, open kitchen and living space, and two beautiful master suites.

The eclectic home features farmhouse decor blended with a touch of bohemian accents. The living space is a cozy nook, perfect for reading a book or watching some Netflix. The open-concept kitchen and dining room serve perfectly for groups to socialize. The exterior of the home features a large wooden deck, complete with a small swimming pool, garden, and privacy area. There is also a chicken coop where guests are welcome to greet and view chickens.

Full access to house and property. Pool during season and hot tub year round. My walk to the river behind the house, guest can tend to the chickens and gather eggs and help themselves to the vegetables in the raised bed, also during season.
