The house is in the heart of the beautiful conservation area of the village surrounded by open fields and brooks. There is a small waterfall a few steps away and lots of footpaths through the fields and woods allowing guests to take refreshing walks. This is a quit and idyllic place ideal for those who love nature. The neighborhood is very friendly and villagers feed the ducks here. The village is close to Milton Park, Harwell, Didcot and Oxford,
Frilford Gold Club and Drayton Park Golf Club.

Space is very clean and increased cleaning routine is implemented due to Covid 19. Hand sanitizer is provided. It has also got private entrance with a parking space available in front of the house.
The property comes with separate garden space.
Kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine/drier, cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster.
Complementary tea and coffee is provided, dishes and cutlery can also be found in the cupboards.
There is a double bed and a sofa bed in the sitting room (can sleep one adult or two small children), with additional pillows and blankets.
