Smells. Sounds. Sites. You are only feet from farm yard. Saloon open daily. Lawn games. On Bankersmith's small farm you will interact with chickens, goats, ducks, geese, pigs and more. Only 8 miles from downtown Fredericksburg. Food, bar, live music daily. Wineries close. Get away from it all!

Some bedrooms literally have a window that opens into the Dance Hall. This is the only Dance Hall Hotel in Texas! These suites are on the same property as a small farm and the Bankersmith Dance Hall and Saloon. Tons of history and beauty. These are rustic suites and you should expect to interact with animals, animal noises and smells. Again, the animals are noisy! Please don't book if you do not want a taste of farm life. Check updated hours of operation for Bankersmith on Facebook, but the site has an open bar, restaurant, adult and kid's play area. There is no breakfast. There is plenty of parking and typically fun, family friendly events each Friday and Saturday. Check the Bankersmith schedule for an update on what entertainment will be performing the day or night of your stay! Rooster alarm clocks may wake you up, at a time of their own choosing. The suites are also on the back end of the dance hall, so be forewarned you will hear the live music on most Friday and Saturday days and nights. Music typically starts at noon and lasts until 10PM. No pets allowed in the suites. Advance warning, the have cold and hot water, of course, but the showers never get piping hot. The wifi and cell service is extremely limited. Do not come here to stay connected. Come here to get away. We also do NOT offer a breakfast service. We are not a bed and breakfast.
