Guest are allowed for entire place just not to open or force to open some door is lock by key.
Guest is free to park the car as long as no blocking neighbour
Access into club house need arrange with us earlier.

-No food allowed inside the bedroom
-No Shoes allowed inside the entire house
-You are allowed to Smoking at outside,compaund of RM200 will charge if u smoking inside entire house.
-A Rm500 of security deposit will be collect during your check in .
-For any PARTY OR CATERING will extra charge RM150 by cash during check in
