Come home each afternoon to warm your toes by the wood-burning fireplace, choose a book to read off the shelves in the sun room, or relax outside on the private balcony as steaks and vegetables sear away on the gas grill. You'll also have a private balcony off the master suite, a 40-inch flatscreen TV to screen nightly movies, and your very own washer/dryer to refresh your skiing or hiking clothes.

This condo is located one mile west of downtown Avon, right on the Nottingham Lake Bike Path and less than a mile from the Beaver Creek gondola. In the summer months, you can take beautiful walks along the Eagle River, soak in the sun on Nottingham Lake's beach, or rent boats to take out on the water. (In the winter, the same lake is a prime spot for ice skating.) If you're a snow sports enthusiast, you can walk to the Beaver Creek gondola, catch the shuttle at the nearby Bear Lot, or try out some of the neighboring ski slopes at Arrowhead (two miles west) or Vail (11 miles east).
