This brand new backyard unit is the product of much love and care. A studio with 10 foot ceilings and skylights, nestled amidst cacti and a backyard waterfall. An elevated sleeping loft encased in redwood evokes memories of camping, with a view straight up into the night sky.

This is a detached studio with a backyard shared with my main residence. This means we share the backyard space and deck. Appropriate measures for reducing contact and risk will be taken, and expected. (Most likely this means I stay out of your way, to whatever extent I may be home.)
The studio has a high ceiling with skylight and sleeping loft. The kitchen has a gas dual range stove, microwave, Smeg fridge, and mini air fryer oven. The bathroom is shower only.
Outside there is a covered deck (shared), hammock, and a private seating area behind the studio. There is also a grill, and projector screen set up for outdoor screenings, and a waterfall.
