The experienced host has established a 4th Airbnb property in Kalgoorlie. This 3 bedrooms 1 bathroom duplex has been freshly painted, new security and decked out in the same "welcome home" upmarket style as others. Secure yard, off-street parking, fully REVERSE CYCLE airconditioning plus additional single room heaters for chilly winters. Evaporative air conditioner for night-time o keep bedrooms cool and with electric heating, this well-priced property is great for visitors and workers alike

Neat, clean and welcoming home suitable for a short or long-term stay. Three bedrooms with two (new) comfortable beds and fresh clean linen. Blinds and block out curtains to all bedrooms. The third bedroom has a King Single bed (new) with an under bed rollaway single size bed that can be shared in the same room.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining area compact, neat and clean. The kitchen, although a bit older has a new dishwasher, 12-month-old electric freestanding stove and a stainless steel fridge over freezer refrigerator. A medium-size microwave is provided. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials you need for cooking, condiments and extras. Ample white crockery, stainless steel cutlery and quality cookware to suit all needs. Toast, kettle, steamer, Sandwich maker, blender and coffee plunger round of a well-appointed kitchen.
The bathroom was fully renovated in 2017, floor to ceiling tiles, new vanity and mirrors. (Turn on hot water fully and add a little cold). The full-size bath offers a nice soak option at the end of the day and the skylight provides natural light during daylight hours. It has a 4 globe heater lamp combination fan and light for winter comfort and steam removal.
The outdoor area is a colour bond roof with laser light - a small outdoor setting and shade-clothed garden with reticulation provide outdoor entertaining opportunities as well as a BBQ. (Please leave the lid up if you use so that it is properly cleaned between guests).
Please do not use the garden shed as this is for maintenance equipment and storage.

The entire house and garage are for your use during your stay. We have a quiet neighbour who works shift work so please be considerate and keep noise after 10 pm to a minimum. There are no common walls to the building.
If you would like the use of cot, highchair, stroller, car seat for 1-4 years and baby bath please notify the owner.

We host drillers and geologists, miners, health professionals and business people - as well as an array of visitors, holidaymakers and families of locals who they are coming to visit. Our Hannan street property boasts 2 houses - a total of 5 bedrooms for 10 guests with an additional pull-out available on request. In summer this property is great with full reverse cycle airconditioning, great outdoor area an below-ground swimming pool all set in lush gardens. These can be combine booked or individually booked, depending on your needs. Our Hawkins street house is a spacious 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom home that is perfect for business, pleasure or leisure.
