The area was voted one of the top destinations in Manitoba recently. There are many local amenities (restaurants, stores, sports courts, etc.) as well as numerous outdoor activities all year round, from ice fishing and skiing, to boating and hiking; from birding and beach bumming, to trail walking and sight seeing.
