Please be advised that the owner of the home does live an hour away and holds a full time job. If at any time you would like to have an in person encounter, we will arrange it at their earliest convenience. We ask for patience as it may be difficult for her to head out to the property immediately.

We are renting the guest house on behalf of the home owner whose name is Carmen. We will be available mainly through text or phone call. At any moment we will be happy to forward all inquiries and issues to the main owner who lives about an hour away from the guest home. If at any time you need an in person encounter with the owner, we will arrange it at their earliest convenience. We try our hardest to leave the house at it's best and we want to guarantee each guest their absolute privacy.
