Due to COVID-19 there are lockdowns in place across the UK and travel is not permitted other than in limited circumstances until at least April. Failure to follow the law is a criminal offence.
This cosy cottage is situated adjacent to the owners house and next to a working farm.
It is a converted dairy with exposed oak beams, a wood burner, private garden, and parking next to the cottage.
Although rural, it is only a 10min drive into Dereham where there are supermarkets and a good variety of shops and eating places.
The property is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, and is on one level.
Being centrally located, the whole of Norfolk can be explored.

Bedroom with 5 foot bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Large bathroom with shower over bath.
Comfortable living room. Warm and cosy after a day out.
Full oil central heating with all logs for fire included.
Rented out on a self catering basis.
If you wish to bring a baby or child, I do have a cot available, or mattress for the floor, all with bedding. High chair available
A washing machine and tumble dryer is available for stays of over 1 week.
Freezer space is available on request in the stable next door to the cottage.

The Wi-fi connection here is variable and you will not be able to download films. You will be able to do emails and searches but the speed does vary at different times of the day.

I live in the farmhouse if you need anything and always plan to meet you on arrival. If not, there is a key safe.
I then leave you to enjoy your holiday but are available if you phone, text or come to the house.
Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, local bread and a home-made cake will welcome you on arrival.
Shed available for bike storage.
Check in 3pm and check out is 10am.
