The beach house is totally eco-friendly. The container home sits slightly above the ground to make as little impact on the environment as possible. The containers are coated with a heat deflective material to help maintain interior comfort and efficiency of the AC usage.
The Yucatan is a nature lover's paradise. You don't have have to go far to experience the natural beauty. On one side of the home is the beautiful ocean and to the other side is the lagoon, where you'll find innumerable species of birds such as flamingos, pelicans, and egrets. You might also find a crocodile or two sunbathing in the lagoon. The beach is 2 blocks away, a quick 5 minute stroll.
The home is equipped with two queen beds, each with their own bathroom. The kitchenette, while small, has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The home has a large screen TV and high speed internet, just in case you have to do some work while visiting.
