Hi,
The space I am offering to women only please, is one bedroom and your own bathroom in a clean and boho styled unit on Chevron Island. The bed is a king single futon and curtains block out almost all light for a peaceful sleep. The unit has 2 balconies for your use. Smokers are outside with the door closed.
Chevron Island is a short walk to Surfers Paradise but is so much quieter!
There is parking available for guests and a pool.
Pls don't ask to borrow my personal bedroom items :-)

I like a chilled attitude and that is what you will get from me.
The door to your room is lockable, and I am happy for you to hang in the common area or your room if you just want to be alone its certainly no problem. My main ask is to lock the door on the way in and out, to hang wet towels outside, to close the your bedroom window when you go and please just have respect for my things because my low fees are not enough to pay for new stuff or repairs. :-)
If you wish to bring a small dog, it may be ok on request. I will charge extra $15 per night for your fur baby. I would expect that you take him/her with you when out during the day, I am happy to take care of him/her if you go out for a few hours in evening but if you need to leave doggie here all day while you are out, I would need to discuss this option and maybe charge sitting fees rather than just the $15. There is a real grass toilet on one of the balconies.

Chevron Island has some great coffee shops and a tavern, I am told the food is good and cheap, it is walking distance from home. There is also a great Thai restaurant, Indian and Italian (all walk distance) Chevron also offers 2 yoga studios, a chemist and some dress shops and hairdressers are abundant. Just beyond and still walking distance is HOTA our home of the arts also walking distance across a foot bridge, here you will find the amphitheatre, art house cinema, shows, and a fantastic safe swimming hole.
