This beautifully renovated condominium provides guests with tranquil panoramic views in a calm and tranquil atmosphere directly on the Gulf of Mexico. A corner wraparound balcony, abundant windows, master and living room views of the emerald and aquamarine waters, gently lapping at the sugar white sand beach. Emerald Towers West is on the quiet end of Okaloosa Island with unspoiled ocean vistas just steps to a private beach. Two reserved beach chairs and service included in your stay.

Welcome! We are excited that you have decided to stay with us on your vacation. The physical address of the property is

Your unit should be available for check in at 3:00pm cst., 10:00am checkout.
There is a key for your unit that is available on the door in the lockbox. The code will be sent separately on the day of your stay.
Inside the unit, you will find two keys on the kitchen counter. Please replace the key in the lockbox on the door (this will also be your emergency key). If for some reason you lock yourself out, there is a lost key/lock out fee of $50.00 each.
A few housekeeping items, please try and keep the sand at the beach. Be sure not to return to the unit with extra sand. Leave sand and water toys outside the unit and sweep up sand as necessary. Also, please do not sit on sofa with wet swimsuits or sunscreen. Also, absolutely no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. WIFI and cable are complementary, and the login information is available on the refrigerator.
There are many close options for supplies, 2 Tom Thumbs right up the street and a large Publix just across the bridge in Fort Walton.
We hope you enjoy your stay. Please walk around the unit upon arrival to let us know if you have any problems upon arrival. We will have a guest book on the white stand for you to sign in and share any travel suggestions you have enjoyed on your visit.
Check Out:
Please make sure all trash (including bathrooms) is deposited in dumpster on the opposite site of unit parking lot.
All sheets can be stripped and left on bed
Towels can be left in respective showers
Run all dirty dishes in the wash and left clean in washer
Please leave two sets of keys on top of recipe box and the outside key left in box on door. There will be a 50.00 charge for any lost keys.
