Our charming guest room is ready for your stay in the beautiful city of Champaign, IL. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood in the southwest part of the city, just 12 minutes away from downtown Champaign and the University of Illinois.

The newly renovated room has a TV, a queen-size bed, full size mirror, cabinet, and a closet for you to place you belongings in. The private bathroom is right down the hall from the room, complete with a bath tub and shower.

During your stay, you are welcome to use our kitchen and dishes. We'll even set aside some space in the refrigerator/ cabinet for you, if needed. We also have a desk available if you're looking to work from our home.

We recently moved to Champaign, IL in October 2019. Because of this, we're constantly exploring the city and discovering new things! If you have any questions about the area, please don't hesitate to ask!

The neighborhood is right off of Mattis and Windsor roads. These roads can take you wherever you need to go in Champaign-Urbana. Although these are close by, we don't typically hear cars driving past. We're just close enough for the convenience but also far enough away that the noise doesn't bother us.
There are also some nice paths throughout the neighborhood that will take you to a small lake. On a good day, you can see turtles and frogs laying out in the sun! We can give you directions, if you're interested!
