Heating with stove (wood available). Electric heaters available in the bathroom and kitchen.

A completely separate flat, accesible from my front yard. So you may bump into me around the house.

The local animals are friendly to people and small children. By prior arrangement there is a possibility of horseback riding and contact with other animals.
Your pets are most welcome if they do not cause problems for the local ones.
Please do not feed all animals without prior agreement.
