This 3-bedroom, 1 and 3/4-bathroom home sleeps 8-10 guests. Located on the ground floor, bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen bed and Roku TV. The third bedroom is a loft with four twin beds and a TV with DVD player. A queen air mattress is available for extra guests in the living room. There is a Pack N Play and high chair if you have a little one. There's also a TV in the living room. The bedrooms and loft each have a ceiling fan while the living room has two. There are portable fans as well. On the main floor, there is a full bathroom with tub/shower and attached to bedroom 3 (loft) is a 3/4 bathroom with shower.
For your viewing pleasure, there's Cable, Roku and Smart TV with apps available. For more entertainment there are board games, books for all levels as well as fishing equipment. Keep warm with a fireplace in the house and a firepit outside. In the kitchen, there are basic kitchen utensils as well as coffee maker, rice cooker, toaster, dishwasher, microwave and others. Other amenities include washer, dryer, iron/ironing board and hair dryer. For your safety there's a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors. There is a detached garage, but no access. Street parking and driveway parking is allowed but vehicles with oil leaks are to park on the side of the street.
The neighborhood is a subdivision of Pinetop. Some neighbors live year round and others have cabins for summer and winter use only. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic. The place is a quiet and cool retreat to relax in the pines and mountain air. The location is great for families that want to take hikes in the forest, and other recreational activities such as kayaking, fishing, ATV riding, mountain biking, and snow skiing in the winter. The place is within 3 miles of a casino. There are many dining establishments nearby.
