Comes with all the summer essentials- a bbq for evening cookouts, a bonfire pit, air conditioning for hot summer days, a cozy fire place for cool evenings, easy access to the lake for ice fishing in the winter and swimming in the summer.
Take a short walk to the quiet Moonlight Beach or stroll into town to be in the heart of Gimli and enjoy the shops, restaurants and the main Gimli Beach.
In the winter enjoy the groomed cross country ski trails just a short drive north in Camp Morton Park or take advantage of the groomed snowmobile trails.
Lakefront access for ice fishing, snow shoeing and snowmobiling

The cottage accommodates 6 guests. However, if you plan on having an extra guest or 2, please send a request prior to booking.

The cottage has well water and is perfectly safe to consume. However some guests prefer to bring their own water

The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s just a short 5-10 minute walk into the heart of Gimli to enjoy the shops, restaurants and local Icelandic culture.
Take a 10-15 minute drive North to very popular Arnes Farmers market (open summer weekends) or to the Hnausa General Store.
An hour North will take you to Hecla Island for some hiking or a beautiful and scenic day trip.
Also 10 minutes North is Camp Morton Provincial Park that features endless hiking trails, cross country skiing in the winter, beautiful beaches, lakefront walks and trails and endless historic sites and information
