Villa Sunflow is a magnificent modern Villa with a large solar panel heated pool and spectacular sea view in sunny Calheta.
The most spectacular aspect of the Villa is its private and secluded location and Sea View.

The Villa Sunflow is an exclusive property in Calheta on the south-west coast of the Island. The building itself is of a very high standard with excellent fittings, tasteful décor and well appointed areas with ample space for a large family or group of persons to enjoy a five star villa experience n Madeira.
This Villa has four Bedrooms (two of which have ensuite bathrooms), a large sunny lounge area, fully-equipped kitchen, Main Bathroom and a computer room.
There is a large terrace area with sunbeds and garden furniture too. The terrace communicates between a kitchen and a living room to the 12 metre x 6 metre solar panel heated swimming pool.
The villa is equipped to the highest standard including all the usual features expected in a luxury property such as this….....luxury quality furniture, bed linen and towels, computer with free WiFi, Sky satellite TV, air-conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and sunbeds.
Please note that we reserve the right to not accept reservations from guests who have poor or no reviews from previous stays on Airbnb. This is a high value property and want our guests to enjoy this property at the same standard prior guests who have enjoyed it.

We just want to remind guests that the solar heating of the pool is of-course related to how much sun the panels capture. In the winter time you can expect a temperature of around 20ºCelsius in the pool. In the summer months it will be a little higher.
