Its a nice cozy 2 bedroom apartment near to DMCC metro station. Its also near to movenpick hotel. View is very nice, grocery shop and pharmacy is also very near. This area has many restaurants also many of them are on walking distance. You can also take walk way going to Dubai Marina and Jumeirah Beach.

Cozy decor along with all necessary amenities allow you to feel comfortable and relaxed.
As you can see from the pictures, our place is pretty much fully equipped with kitchen appliances, and elementary pots and pans so that you can even cook a quick meal in the kitchen.
The building is a luxurious high rise, 6 to 7 min walk from the DMCC metro station. It is about a 10 min walk from the beach. The building is not pet-friendly.
We have our own dedicated spot in the basement if you'd like to park your car. There's a great rooftop pool for you to swim, or a gym if you'd like to workout.
The apartment boasts great views of the Sheikh Zayed Road from the 5th floor, enjoy it while you sip on a drink in the balcony.
Alongside, we can also help you with tours or anything else you need in Dubai, being that we've been in this country for more than 10 years.

We also have a electronic door lock so you can checkin any time, we will communicate the door lock code before you arrive.
