Deposit is refundable, if guest follow the house rules. Such as no smoking, all kind of damages, lost of unit key etc.
1 day - 7 days, Damages deposit is RM100.
7 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM200.
30 days onwards, Damages Deposit is RM300.
