This house is located a few miles out of town to offer a real Hill country experience. The home is beautifully adorned with international and modern decor. When we add the southern twist and the large outdoor entertaining area, it becomes your own heavenly hearth. The space will allow you to spread out many places like on the front porch sipping some coffee, or the back patio around the fire pit. Come and see what the Hill Country is all about.

Attached to the back patio is a garden room that is locked as well as a closet that is locked.
There are specialty dishes in a display cabinet that are for display only and not for use.
Please use coasters on the furniture as most of it is real wood

The large rock wall has individual stones that can fall, or be knocked over. Please be careful around it.
Pet policy:
Limit 2 dogs, 50$ non-refundable pet fee per booking
For the convenience and comfort of our guests, we request that pets utilize pet covers while loving their family on the furniture. No pets on the beds for any reason.
Pets must be Attended at all times inside and outside, and MUST be safely kenneled when unattended. We live in the Hill Country where the temptation of deer freely crossing fenced borders as a temptation. These rules are in place for your pets’ safety.
There is a $50 non refundable pet fee per booking, and a 2 pet limit without prior approval. Any pet after that will incur a $25 fee per pet.
Unfortunately cats are not allowed due to high allergies.
Guests are fully responsible and agree to pay for any damage caused by their pet.
We love having your furry friends and want them to be comfortable.
A kennel (1), bedding, water and food bowls, furniture protection and washable toys are provided for your pets enjoyment.

This country home offers a real way to get out of town and enjoy the peace and quiet. Only a few minutes to town, but far enough out to sit under the bright stars of Texas. Up highway 16 N 1 mile there is Pecan Grove restaurant, also hosting live music. You can make it out to Willow City for one of Texas’ most beautiful wildflower drive. Right down the road is also the majestic Enchanted Rock State Park offering plenty for the outdoorsman to enjoy. Of course, in town there is the nightlife, restaurants, shopping, and too many fun things to list!

I love the outdoors, and the feel of a small town. As family man, I try to experience the most out of the outdoors with my girlfriend, son, and 2 dogs. We regularly camp and visit the the Texas rivers throughout the year.
