On the border of the Dordogne and Lot et Garonne, surrounded by rolling hills with sunflowers, fruits and vegetables lies our newly renovated, carefully designed villa Laureillie, with beautiful views. It has a heated private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden with many terraces and patio's. The house sleeps 8 to 9 people. 30 minutes from Bergerac airport or 2 hours from Bordeaux. 7 minutes from Monflanquin. Ideal for families, golfers, hikers, culture/ nature lovers and foodies.

We have renovated the house last year and kept the local athmosphere while adding contemporary design, materials and art. It has a large, heated, private pool, its own fishing pond and a beautiful garden. The house now has a large living space, open kitchen and fireplace. The house is suited for 6/9 people and has four bedrooms: one large family room with private bathroom a kingsize bed + sofa bed, two double bed bedrooms with a shared bathroom and, by the patio, a summer studio with double bed and a separate sink. Excellent wifi, Sonos, tv/Netflix are present. Towels and bed linnen are taken care of.

You can enjoy total privacy while still being in the neighbourhood of beautiful medieval villages such as Monflanquin, Villereal en Issigeac with their markets and food festivals. There is lots to do and see: castles, beautiful wineries and wine domains as well as golf courses, hiking trails, cycling routes, canoeing, canyoning and climbing. Foodies will love it here. Figs, prunes, cherries, walnuts, strawberries and raspberries and herbs can be picked on our own terrain. A new kitchen and Black Bastard barbeque are at your disposal.
Nature here is stunning and friendly, deer, hares, foxes, pheasants and rare birds are frequently seen and in the lake on the property you can sometimes spot a beaver pair.

Annemieke and Jasper renovated their French villa with love last year and are happy to share it with you. Jasper is a food retail innovator and Annemieke a communications expert. We have a ‘modern family’ with 4 kids in their twenties and a rescue dog. We love cooking, hosting, traveling, art, reading, film, hiking, nature and enjoy being with friends and family.
