Guests have the cabin completely to themselves.
Driveway, deck and hot tub included.
NOTE ABOUT HOT TUB:
The hot tub IS AVAILABLE.
It is NOT guaranteed as part of the rental agreement that it will be functioning and ready upon arrival.
In the Adirondacks, especially in winter, we often loose power.
This obviously will effect hot tub operation.
There are other factors that also effect hot tub functioning.
I do my best to keep it in top shape. 99% of the time it is in great condition and operational when guests arrive.
There is a chance that it is not.
I will not give discounts or refunds due to hot tub issues.
It’s a bonus feature of renting the cabin.

The water at the cabin comes from a drilled well. It is fine to bathe in and was dishes with. It does have a metallic odor. Bottled drinking water is suggested.
