Cozy quiet place in a friendly secluded neighborhood.
A private guest suite in a ranch style house (one level only) with separate entrance to a living room, spacious bedroom and an attached full bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub.
We are a multilingual family fluent in English, German, Hindi, Punjabi and Russian languages.

Very quiet and green neighborhood, secluded from traffic sounds. Famous for walking!

Guests will have the entire suite to themselves.
Living room, spacious bedroom and attached full bathroom.
Additional sleeping arrangements for two more guests can be provided upon request.
Air conditioning and heating is controlled centrally. Guests do not have temperature control unit to adjust heating/cooling.
Midsize refrigerator, induction cook top, microwave, electric hot water kettle, cooking pot, pan and tea cups, are available in the unit.

Centrally located, 5 mins drive to grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, star bucks etc.
20 minutes drive to/from airport in normal weather conditions.
