This characterful loft from our Architecture Collection is located on the 2nd floor of the "Bel Air" building, more than a century old and displays an incredible architectural style dotted with unique works!
A stone's throw from Lake Montriond and a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes (Ardent gondola) this rental offers a strategic location to link the calm of the mountain and the proximity of the valley's activities.

In a building designed by the architect, René Faublé, also author of the chapel of Notre-Dame-des-Prisonniers in Avoriaz, this accommodation architectural style out of the ordinary offers many unique works as the metal staircase, a key element of the apartment, tailor-made by Robert Verney, contemporary artist-sculptor, accompanied by his wife Martine who also contributed to the creation of this striking universe.
In the heart of the mountains, you will be absorbed in the macrocosm of the brutalism of the 60s and you will be driven from a beautiful fresco holiday sweetness to furniture highlighting bold curves through works of character.
Like a hawk flying over the peaks, you will appreciate all the spaces and every detail that are there.
This cosmos around travel as well in time as in the world was imagined by the architect Marc Païs, a designer architect of the region accompanied by his wife Muriel Païs, founder of the French brand of objects and furniture, the Sculptors du Lac and here too, creator of the superb fresco of the Salon.
At two bends of Lake Montriond, this accommodation offers a strategic location to link the quiet and the proximity of the ski slopes and other activities around, also, starting many walks, trekking and snowshoeing.

From this accommodation, a very cute little trail will take you directly to Lake Montriond, a small path that you can extend to the waterfall Ardent, then the villages of Lindarets, the Brochaux waterfall and finally the Green Lake .
