My home is a comfy cosy house- not far from the town centre, Cardiff uni, Cardiff bay and close to a spar shop, Newport road (large shops) and bus stops. Recently fully refurbished kitchen and bathroom. Has double driveway, a bike tent and tree to securely fit and hide your bike and gym equipment free for use in the garden or taken to your room :-)

I live in rumney, which is close to the city centre yet out of the hustle and bustle. There is a small shop just around the corner to my house and there are two bus stops very close- they would take 15 minutes to get to the town centre. 5 minutes drive away you have a huge Tesco extra, Newport road with shops such as Matalan, McDonald’s, BnM bargains, marks and Spencer’s, Starbucks etc you also have pinewood studios 2 minutes away. The bay is only 10 minutes away thanks to a new link road that has been built. Both Cardiff metropolitan university and Cardiff university are close. With Cardiff met being slightly closer.
