Il est très bien situé, à 2 minutes à pied du Panthéon et proche du Sénat, du jardin du Luxembourg, de Notre-Dame, de La Sorbonne... Le quartier est assez animé avec plusieurs bars et restaurants qui jonchent les petites rues alentours.
