Enjoy your stay in this cozy 4 bedroom, stylishly-designed 2 story spacious home within close proximity of endless shops, restaurants and entertainment. This home invites relaxation and offers modern comfort.
House features a master suite upstairs, with large walk-in closet, flat screen TV's and private master bath inclusive of a relaxing garden tub. Snuggle up in front of the fireplace and also enjoy a full kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. There is also a private backyard.

The home is very peaceful, private, and relaxing.
The property also has lots of amenities such as extra sheets pillows and blankets. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, & pans. We also have iron, iron board, and blow dryer inside linen closets. Other highlights include, ample lighting and ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, and wifi is also provided.
Check in time is anytime after 4pm, however we can arrange an early check in with 72 hours notice at an additional cost. Check out is 12pm. A late check out is charged at the same rate, but the cut off is 1pm. After that a full daily rate will need to be charged.
Please be advised that the outside of the property is monitored by recording cameras. The home is secured with a home security system with camera facing the garage and a video doorbell in the front of the home which will confirm the amount of people entering and exiting the home. There is also a security camera inside the home that captures the front door and common area. This is also just to monitor number of guest and is not recording activity of guest.
Only registered guests are permitted in the home. Unregistered guests may be asked to leave and registered guests may be asked to leave without refund if they do not follow this rule and register all guests.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, PETS, EVENTS, OR GATHERING ALLOWED
