This is a one of a kind luxury treehouse that sits 20' in the air just a stone throw from the beautiful Sayersbrook lake on Spring Lake Ranch. The guests will sleep in a loft which has a California king-- you will be able to see the stars above you and the beautiful nature and lake in front of you from your bed. There are stairs to climb so this is not suitable for small children or anyone who has medical issues with climbing a ladder to the lofted bedroom.
Overlooks the lake and camping sites.

Luxury kitchenette with cooktop, fridge, sink and stocked for your usage with typical kitchen utensils, coffee pot, etc. This treehouse is hand-crafted, its a skillful combination of modern and rustic and features all the amenities of a luxury tiny home. You will have amazing lake views and will be close to hiking trails, horseback riding, and wine tasting at Edg Clif Wineries which is next door to us.

Please make sure GUEST COUNT REFLECTS THE ACTUAL GUESTS in the residence so we can prepare for linens and ensure that all residents sign a resort release waiver upon check-in. The listed rate is for 2 guests, extra guests are $35/person/night.
Wifi hotspot rental available, please inquire at check-in.
Absolutely NO FIREWORKS allowed. Horses on property.
If you wish to turn off outside lights, the switch is by the hot tub - lower level to the right
***We are working on upgrading and improving the property, some construction noise may occur during your stay. We will try to keep construction noise to a minimum during off business hours. If things are getting too loud please let us know right away. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
***Maintenance workers periodically check the hot tub, electric panel, etc to maintain the property as necessary and to inspect for damage and needed repairs.
*** Construction workers do not wear masks when working outside "following local ordinances".
