This house needs a lot of updating. It’s really not useable. Kitchen and outside area are gross and not accurately represented in the photos

I'm so sorry you had issues entering the apartment. There were full instructions with pictures in the info packet and I've never had an issue with that but will add more photos. The entire unit was cleaned by a professional staff and the oven is in perfect working order so I'm not quite sure how to respond to that. Thanks so much for the feedback.
