o I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
o I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
o I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

My wife, Sue, and I live in historic Manitou Springs, Colorado, at the foot of Pikes Peak. We love hiking, biking, kayaking, and paddle boarding. I teach nursing full time at UCCS, and Sue is an EMS Education Manager. We have three grown kids and one grandchild, and love traveling and seeing new places. I write novels during the summer, and love reading, cooking, gardening, and working on my house. We have a 4-footed family member - Harper, a golden retriever.
