We offer a cozy holiday house with a private entrance, on an area of 1.000 m2, with a large garden beside our residential house, barbecue, only 300 m. from the beach. The house has all basic comfort. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy . We do not follow the market, nor do we increase the value during holidays and high season. Our philosophy is to offer the best in accommodation and pricing.

We offer a guest house of 42 m2 total with wireless internet access (50 Mb fiber optics). A bedroom with a double bed, an extra bedroom and a living room with a sofa and a Smart TV. The kitchen has all the basic appliances you need.
Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle
Bathroom: shower, toilet
Living room: sofa, fan, TV led, Two chairs
Bedroom 1: double bed, large closet, writing desk
Bedroom 2: two single beds
Wireless Internet Access 10 Mb fiber optic

Separate entrance.
Secure parking on the property.
We speak English, Dutch, German and Portuguese.
Good neighborhood and near the beach (300 m)
Public transport (bus) in the vicinity of the holiday home is just 2 km from the city center.
Note:
The holiday house is situated on our property (1000 m2) next to our residential house where we live. It has its own entrance, large garden and parking space on the property.
We offer bed sheets / towels during your stay! (only for foreign clients)
