112 is so close to Havelock North's restaurants, cafes and bars (2 minutes by car, 5 minutes by bike, 15-20 minutes walk) yet it has a rural look and feel. It is sited on the Havelock- Hastings walkway and cycle track so your cycling trips can start at the gate.

An off-road parking space is provided and the garden and pool are available for you to share. Please note that there are no cooking facilities in the studio - apart from a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, coffee plunger, crockery and cutlery. However, you are welcome to use the BBQ on the deck of our house if you wish. Just let me know and I can fire it up for you!

We have a popular restaurant right next door, and the famous Havelock North Strawberry Patch and cafe is only 300 metres from our gate. Havelock North village with its numerous cafes and eateries is a 2-3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk away. Napier is a 20 minute drive away and Ocean Beach just 30 minutes.
