We welcome social distancing! Lovely studio barn apartment, stay with the horses and goats on 12 private acres minutes from downtown Lexington. Hiking and riding trails around property, and just minutes to several state parks. Three miles from 75 and 64. Just 15 minutes to downtown Lexington, the Kentucky Horse Park, UK campus, and 10 minutes to the Hamburg area of Lexington full of restaurants, sports bars, and movie theaters. Private campfire and s'mores packages right on our property.

The large sunny studio apartment is decorated with contemporary and traditional equine art, and racing memorabilia. It has a wooden porch with chairs to watch the sunsets out over the back meadows. A private campfire and s'mores package can be set up for you right on our farm in the back woods.
COVID-19; Our apartment sits on 12 private acres. Between guests the apartment is completely sanitized on all surfaces, all the rugs, floors, door handles, appliances, and materials are washed and disinfected between guests. We leave additional disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer for guests personal use. This has always been our policy, having 4 years experience as a manager with Hilton Hotels.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and pets can not be left unattended in the apartment. There is an additional $35. pet cleaning fee upon check in. For the safety of your dogs, our animals and flower beds, we ask that pets are kept on a leash in the fenced in barn area and picked up after. Outdoor group
gatherings with prior approval and additional fee.

Pet policy: A pet is welcome to stay with us but we ask that pets not be left unattended in the apartment. For the safety of your pets and all our animals, dogs must be on a leash when they are in the fenced in barn area, barn and parking lot. We ask that they be picked up after. Guests are welcome to walk the dogs off the leash on the back 8 acres of our property in the fields and wooded trails. We charge a $35. pet cleaning fee upon check in.
We allow outdoor group gatherings up to 50 people with prior approval and additional fees. Contact us for details!
